“Texans shouldn’t be stuck with a corrupt Attorney General who goes hat in hand borrowing money to stay out of jail. 

Later this morning, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton will troll the United States Supreme Court in the hope of diverting attention away from the criminal and political scandals that surround him. We wonder, but doubt, whether Paxton will answer any of these very straight-forward questions:

Earlier today, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a formal complaint in Federal District Court in Sherman, Texas charging that Texas AG Paxton engaged in securities fraud. Paxton is already being prosecuted in state court in Collin County, Texas for violations of Texas securities law.
