Criminal Complaint Filed Against Ken Paxton

Texans for Public Justice detail Paxton crimes to Travis County DA
Last week, respected Texas watchdog group, Texans for Public Justice, filed an official criminal complaint with the Public Integrity Unit of the Travis County District Attorney against Republican candidate for Attorney General, Ken Paxton. The complaint lays out in straight-forward fashion that Paxton has violated Texas felony statutes involving state securities laws. Ironically, documents sworn to and signed by Paxton himself with the State Securities Board confirm his violation of Texas felony statutes.

If Paxton is convicted of committing a felony, he will be unqualified and ineligible to serve as Texas Attorney General.

Paxton spoke before the Texas Sheriffs Association today yet failed deny or even address the charges against him.
