Opposing Trump’s choice for Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, should be an easy call. Public drunkenness, sexual abuse, financial mismanagement – Hegseth doesn’t come close to having the qualifications, competence, nor character to oversee the most powerful fighting force on Earth, charged with protecting 340 million Americans and ensuring the security of much of the free world.
